Scope of Services
Infinity Homes designs, manufactures, and installs premium Log Homes, Nutec Homes, and Wendy Houses. All projects are custom-built to meet client requirements.
Quotations & Payments
All quotes are valid for 30 days. A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due according to the agreed schedule.
Delivery & Installation
Infinity Homes will deliver and install structures at the agreed location. Dates may change due to material availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Warranty & Liability
We guarantee quality workmanship and materials. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective structures, excluding damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, access to the site, and necessary approvals to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and images produced by Infinity Homes remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
Changes & Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing. Additional costs may apply.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate South African courts.
